  • AAYAAM has developed a tool ‘AAYAAM Pentagon’ – that is modelled on the key determinants of employee engagement.
    We not only have a survey tool that is available for a ready delivery, but we also provide an end – to – end survey administration. We deploy AAYAAM Pentagon, collate results, work on organisation – wide communication plans – pre and post survey administration and most importantly, stay engaged in all the work that gets triggered post – survey findings. It includes action plans and tracking progress against the same, deploying employee communications from time to time etc. In short, at AAYAAM, Employee Engagement Survey is not a project, it is a part of the continuous employee engagement enhancement process.
  • Diversity and Inclusion (D&I)

  • Board Evaluations
    The Companies Act, 2013 has mandated that Board of every listed company and of such other company as may be prescribed, must carry out a formal annual performance evaluation of the Board, its Committees, and individual directors and review the performance of the Chairperson. The process and methodology of evaluation has however been left open to the Boards but its responsibility has been assigned to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Subsequent to the announcement by SEBI, evaluation of Boards and Independent Directors have become mandatory for all listed companies under the revised Clause 49 with effect from October 1, 2014.

    AAYAAM, subsequent to the above legal mandate, has developed a unique approach in Board Evaluations.
